In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data may be processed by Atelsan Energy ("Company") as the data controller within the scope explained below.

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

- • To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurately processed data,
- • To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the conditions stipulated in the KVKK,
- • To request notification of the correction and deletion processes to the third parties to whom it has been transferred,
- • To object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing it with automatic systems,
- • To request the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

Your application will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on its nature. In case your request requires an additional cost, the fees in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be requested.
